The view of the city from my room was beautiful. The premier king city view room was affordable. The staff was so cute and accommodating. I was like i was on a vacation.
The room felt a little dusty. The furniture was damaged and some outlets were in inconvenient locations. The window curtain had tears.

the room had a refrigerator that was acceptable it proved useful for storing drinks purchased from outside
the bathroom's sliding frosted glass doors did not close completely a latch was impossible to engage i found this concerning from a privacy standpoint the bathroom vanity sink was too high for shorter individuals this design choice was not practical for everyone i was not completely happy

The front desk staff was professional. The hotel decor is modern. My room included a well-furnished balcony facing the 59th st bridge. The hotel also offers valet parking for $25 each night. I requested extra towels and pillows, they were delivered immediately.
My room faced a busy street and a large bridge. The tiny balcony was essentially unusable.

the room we booked had a nice balcony. there was good coffee service available each morning in the lobby, and a microwave near the vending machines, this was very useful.
there was no chest of drawers in the room to store clothes. i found the internet access to be difficult, i could not connect with the provided password.
